Comments/Problems:

I am a total noob, so i took me about 2 hours and 2 cds to find the rc2 and to start the installation. I also tryed to install it from the usb-stick (with <usb-stick-version>.iso, vmlinuz and initrd on it), but it did not work (Operating System not found). May be the stick was not marked as bootable.

My usb web cam (HAMA) was not detected, though it was plugged in during the whole installation.

Surprisingly sound works just after installing the base system. In lenny i was not able to configure it, so that it works. I hope squeeze will keep sound configuration after kde installation.

Given that your installation was a complete success, I do as
usual with reports for successful installations: I close the bug..:-)

This does not of course mean you weren't right to report. Knowing the
installations are correct is important for the d-i team.

Many thanks for your time testing the Debian Installer and reporting
your results. Have fun with your new Debian system!
