Ah right, and I see it's been there for some time.
Looking at the changelog I don't see a BR referenced, but it looks as if it
was discussed [1].
In retrospect having it in a separate udeb is a bit silly [2], but well...

That's not 100% certain yet, but it does look that way. If the switch does
happen we'll likely request to drop the udebs completely.
