In unstable it looks to be included in the firmware-linux-free package, but
with a changed extension:

Note that that file is based on the 2.6.32 kernel, not on the 2.6.30 kernel
used in current versions of the installer for Squeeze.
The fact that it does not exist in testing or stable could mean that the
firmware is included in the module, but maybe not.
