Bug#608201: grub-installer: fails on live usb-hdd images (not on any other types)

Hi,

i've have looked to the attached syslog [1] on #598062 which seems to be
the same problem.
Grub-installer is not the only package that fails to being installed.
There are some errors before:

Anyone can provide an installation log (gzipped) from a recent
installation?
