We are in the process of releasing Debian Squeeze.
On the installer page it's available Debian Squeeze Beta2 for testing [1].
Debian should be supported on your HP proliant ML 350 G3 as it provides the
kernel module cciss for the smartarray 641.
An installation manual it's also available [2] in several languages, including
spanish. Chapter A.4 covers how to report on your installation experience.
