Actually, it didn't move, at least not yet. At the moment, the binary
is provided by two different packages (see #602778). I'll wait for
this bug to get resolved before changing flash-kernel (since it's
possible that uboot-mkimage may stay a package, but a binary package
generated by u-boot source.)
In any case, I like the patch since it removes a lot of duplicate
lines.
