Bug#606408: partman-partitioning: please warn when using GPT without a bios_grub partition

Please add a warning - similar to the one which is shown when installing
without a swap partition - when there is no bios_grup partition and GPT
is used for the partition table.

When doing manual partitioning there's no sign of GPT being used. Maybe
you can even automatically add a bios_grub partition when an empty GPT
is created?

Using GPT without a bios_grub partition GRUB will have use unreliable
blocklists. (At least it is not failing anymore, as earlier versions of
the installer did.)
