Bug#540724: follow up for 540724

I'm seeing the same behavior with the d-i present (text mode) in this
iso image (debian-live bundle)

I think everything went fine, but I'm going to try luksOpen /dev/sdaX
sdaX when I'm on site again. (and follow the lvm2 howto bits for
recovering the rest). Hopefully I can force a recreation of initrd
images.
