[PATCH] d-i manual: nuke references to kernel-img.conf

[maximilian attems <max@stro.at>]

In squeeze it is no longer necessary or useful to generate or
to consult kernel-img.conf.

Thanks to the new bootloader policy, see:
http://kernel-handbook.alioth.debian.org/ch-update-hooks.html
