Package: debian-installer
Severity: critical

Hi,

I'm trying to install Debian testing from my USB stick with debian
installer Squeeze Alpha1 release with netinst or businesscard (both
amd64) and recommended hd-image for amd64 put on server on 22:26 23-07-10
with size of 5110636 and it's not working. Installer can't find kernel
modules. There is some mismatch with kernels on this two files. How can I
resolve this?

Thanks in advance.

Hi all,

It seems the version of the kernel in the image you are trying and the
running kernel don't match. You must use images with matching kernels.

I've tested with daily compilation with hd-media and a netboot from the
same set and it's working hence i'm closing this bug.
