Comments/Problems:
This is a hand built server.
This system's primary IDE drive is in a removable hard
drive tray. The output of uname -a and lspci is from the functioning system
which was installed with a pre-beta 2 version of the
installer.
It doesn't matter what I do I can't get this machine to
mount ANY cd to preform the install.
I've tried several d-i cd's including older versions
that worked previously.
I've also tried changing the cd drive to a HP 9900i with
the same results.
Using the netinst cd, I can't partition
the hard drive.
The drive being used has a small service partition
on it for the server management software.
Install logs and other status info is available in
/var/log/debian-installer/.
