Comments/Problems:

After reboot I have a very minimal system...
And I don't know really what to do (I am a Mandrake user...)
startx is not working... I know it's a minimal system
during the install internet connection was working (because of=20
dhclient seems not to be ON during the install)
so... during the install I couldn't automaticaly add ftp mirrors to=20
/etc/apt/sources.list
I log as root
lauch dhclient (because internet connection wasn't working)
I saw on=20
http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/apt-howto/ch-basico.fr.html#s-sources=
.list=20

that I could strike
apt-get install netselect
Unfortunately netselect wasn't installed... !
...
I hope I will able to install a Debian... (using network because I=20
don't want to burn 9 cds)
...

sorry I also forget to say that _emacs_ should be installed (because I don't know how to use vi) less should also be installed (because more is very primitive)... Thanks PS : I don't think that the tools I said you should installed are taking=20 a lot of space on the network-cd-install but there are VERY USEFULL

I also forget to say that in the installer you can't disable a network card.

After adding ftp to /etc/apt/sources.list
I tryed
apt-get install xserver-xfree86
downloading ok
apt-get install gnome
downloading ok

but startx still doesn't work

We are closing this installation report for one of the following
reasons:
- it was reported with a pre-lenny version of Debian
  Installer.
- indications in the installation report give the feeling that
the reported problem waslying in another software, unrelated to
D-I, which we can't easily identify.
- indications in the installation report suggest that it may have been
fixed in a more recent version of a D-I component
- it was successful and we forgot closing it..:-)
- it has no information we consider useful

The D-I team is currently in the process of cleaning out the old spool
of installation reports that haven't bene processed yet.

In case you think that the problem you reported has chances to be
still present, please reiterate your installation test with
a more recent image of D-I, if you're in position of doing this.

You'll find daily builds at
http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-installer. We recommend you choose
the netboot image, in the "daily builds section", then choose to
install "squeeze" when prompted.

If some problems are found, please report them with a new bug sent
against installation-reports.

Many thanks for your understanding and your help improving Debian,
past and present.
