Just to clarify: I did a netboot fresh install on an old iMac and
selected Brazil but /etc/default/keyboard ended up with thos lines:
XKBMODEL="pc104"
XKBLAYOUT="pt"
XKBVARIANT=""
XKBOPTIONS=""
