Package: debian-installer
Severity: normal

I've been trying to run graphical installer and got following error during loading of first screen:
gdk_drawable_color_map: assertion `cmap == NULL || gdk_drawable_get_depth (drawable) == cmap->visual->depth' failed
Caugth signal 11

This message is constantly reappearing and installer retries to start debconf again.

I was using daily build from 28-Sep-09

This bug reports about the graphical (GTK+) installer beeing
unable to start.

Since the graphical installer has been significantly overworked
and is based on a complete different frontend now (X.Org), and
it works quite well from what we actually know:

I close this bug.

Thanks
Holger
