Unfortunately I can't import it directly in the d-i svn. There is no reason for you to not import the file, still. Onc eyou put it in l10n/po, just run "msgmerge -U zh_TW.po messages.pot" and eventually send this file back to Tetralet so that he updates it but having a partial file in the source tree doesn't hurt.
