Is pc105 the only type of keyboard keycodes used on hppa?  The priority 
of the question about the keyboard model depends on this.

I have no idea what hp(hil) is for, but there is no mention about HIL in 
console-data.  So it seems the usual pc105 keycodes work on hppa and 
there is no need for console-setup-hp-ekmap.
