Comments/Problems:
Since the release of lenny (stable) it is not longer possible to install
etchnhalf ('suite=etch' or settings in presseeds) also the setup was
working well before (November, December 08). (Tried network and usb boot
on diffrent PCs). Replacing etch with oldstable does not help either.
Updated install media to current version, after expiring this problem
(does not help).
