Comments/Problems:

* Seems just the hard drive, CD-ROM and network drivers are missing from the install initrd.
* System boots OK with 'install64' menu item.
* System boots OK with 'install64' menu item with added 'video=720p' to kernel command line.
* Once booted, 'reboot' command from shell works as expected, so kernel seems to be working OK.
