Comments/Problems:

- After choosing german language at the beginning of the installation, the following was written:
  "German language is incomplete".

- During my full automatic installation, there are some packages installed with "d-i pkgsel/include string xxx".
  The package "evolution" will be installed with this parameter and evolution 2.28.1-2 recommends gnome-pilot-conduits.
  Output of "aptitude why gnome-pilot-conduits" is: "i   evolution Empfiehlt gnome-pilot-conduits (>= 2.0.9)".
  The recommended packages are also installed.
  But in the actual manual of the debian-installer, there is written:
> # By default, packages that are only Recommended by packages installed using
> # pkgsel/include (as opposed to their dependencies) will not be installed.
  Please include option to disable installation of recommended packages.

Thank you for the great support.

Bernhard

The handling of Recommends has been changed for Squeeze.

That comment is no longer correct. I've removed it now.
Thanks for reporting that.

There is. See the parameter 'base-installer/install-recommends' in:
http://d-i.alioth.debian.org/manual/en.i386/apbs04.html#preseed-base-installer
