udev 146 in experimental

I uploaded to experimental[1] udev 146, considering the major changes I
recommend extended testing by anybody who can, especially d-i
developers.
Current status: "installs and boots in a kvm image".

It will make mdadm uninstallable until it will be fixed to use blkid.

udev now will use the ConsoleKit database to set ACLs on devices, this
will allow removing all non-standard groups from the rules (#516149).
I would appreciate some words from the ConsoleKit maintainer about how
it works and what we should expect from it in the future.
I implemented a little hack to prevent udev from depending on glib,
which would have added 2 MB to the base system.

BTW, I would still appreciate help in either fixing or declaring
impossible to fix #444980 "udev not restarted after exiting runlevel 1".

(146-1) experimental; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
    + vol_id and libvolume_id have been removed. (Closes: #500883, #534765)
      Breaks: dmsetup (<< 2.02.51-1), mdadm (<< 3.0-3)
    + Introduced libgudev-1.0.
    + Finally removed the udevinfo compatibility symlink.
    + Applies ACLs on /dev nodes if ConsoleKit is active.
  * Added patch test_for_glib: do not run udev-acl unless glib is
  * installed.
  * Stop copying /etc/udev/rules.d/ in the initramfs.
  * Renamed some rules files for uniformity with other distributions:
    50-udev.rules => 50-udev-default.rules,
    95-late.rules => 95-udev-late.rules.
