Bug#524235: Default alt-gr key replacement should be right alt for usa keyboard.

Hi, I just catched this message en-passe, and I thought I'd mention I
use a US layout with the altgr-intl variant, and I use AltGr in exactly
the way Frans mentioned. (NB: I still haven't upgraded to the new X.org
/ console-data combo.)
