Status of ARM and MIPS

I performed some tests with the 20090123 images today and I also asked
for testers on debian-arm and debian-mips.  From my point of view, ARM
and MIPS are ready for release.

I performed successful tests on:

  - Linksys NSLU2

  - QNAP TS-209
  - HP mv2120

mips/r4k-ip22
  - SGI Indy (via serial)

mips/4kc-malta
  - QEMU

mipsel/cobalt
  - Cobalt RaQ2
