I think I'd personally prefer to have the question asked in that case, 
especially as we now set the clock to the selected choice instead of 
leaving it as it is. I also guess Solaris _can_ be set to UTC.

OTOH, I have no interest and experience with Solaris, so I can't say I 
care that much.
