	If there is no other NIC you can use during the
	installation, it is still possible to install &debian;
	using a full CD-ROM or DVD image. Use the same procedure as
	described above for NICs that require firmware.

1. To use a full CD-ROM or DVD image, why is it required to load
   firmware for NIC?
2. Where is this mentioned chapter talking about "NICs that
   require firmware".

This is a reference that had become incorrect due to recent changes. I've 
correct it now. Thanks again Holger.
