Can't login via ssh using the recovery mode of debian installer

Hello,
I'm trying to use (great) recovery mode of the installer CD but if I 
start the ssh and network services and then try to connect via ssh I got 
the error "stdin: is not a tty" and the connection hangs.

Is it possible to solve this problem?
