Bug#500459: debian-installer: ide-floppy module is missing from /dev on installer

The ide-floppy module is missing from debian-installer image, which
limits its usefulness as a rescue disk.
Without the presence of this device, it is not possible to boot into
rescue mode and use the laser servo diskette drive to replace missing
files.
