Debian Installer SVN is FROZEN

Hello folks,
- From now on, Debian Installer SVN is frozen. Any commit needs to be
acked here on the mailing list. An exception for it are the packages
that has been asked to be uploaded by me early today.
Besides that translation updates are not being syncronized too.
Please let's respect it to avoid messing the release now. After all is
branched and RC1 is released we should start working on next Debian
Installer release :-)
