I think I've found the solution.

I found that setting http_proxy environment variable like this:
export http_proxy="http://ms-domain\\domainuser:password@192.168.0.1:8080";

made wget works from the debian-installer console.

After this I, when I was asked about the debian mirror, I told the installer that the proxy was:

http://ms-domain\domainuser:password@192.168.0.1:8080

mind that in this case only one backslash was used, not two like in the console. I guess this is because you don't need to escape the backslash from installer.

I'll try to include this information in the wiki somewhere.
