Comments/Problems:
Installation went well, however on some reboots device names for the
sdX devices changed due to addition/removal/different detection order of
the USB device.
Because the crypttab is initially
sdc1_crypt /dev/sdc1 none luks
this means that than the root partition, which is on this encrypted
partition (in lvm), is not available and cryptsetup must be manually
executed with the correct parameters in the initramfs shell.
Using /dev/disk/by-uuid (which is available at that stage), it is
possible to avoid this problem. by-path is also a possibility.
