pcmcia_configuration always started during installation,
whenever some hardware-detection-module started like network
or hd-setup, although pcmcia was disabled on the first
question

tasksel: it would be great, if i choose some server-setups
in tasksel to include sshd-installation and setup by default

Known issue without an easy solution.

There are several options that allow you to install it during 
installation.

As you also followed up on another open report about the second suggestion 
and the installation was otherwise successful, I'm closing this report.
