Maybe not strictly necessary, but I thought I'd announce it here anyway :-) Yesterday I uploaded a new package, qcontrol, that also has a udeb: http://ftp-master.debian.org/new/qcontrol_0.4.1-1.html It's function is hardware control for a series of embedded devices that we (mostly Martin) are working on to support in D-I for Lenny: QNAP NAS. In D-I this udeb will be used primarily to control the leds on the device and maybe make it sound its buzzer every once in a while (just to confuse users ;-) The udeb has the lua library (that it uses for parsing its configuration file) compiled in statically to avoid the need for a liblua udeb. Current status is that we can probably enable daily D-I builds for these devices soon after the switch to 2.6.25. Cheers, FJP P.S. This is "my" first real package in Debian. Maybe I should start doing all the tasks and skills parts I skipped during my newmaint process now?
