Bug#485447: tasksel: Rename Northern Sami to North Sámi and add hunspell-se package

Quoting Christian Perrier (bubulle@debian.org):

> The English name of the language *in the ISO-639 standard* is
> "Northern Sami", see
> http://www.loc.gov/standards/iso639-2/php/code_list.php
>
> In all tasks we have tried to use the officially standardized name of
> the relevant language. I suggest we stick up with that choice.

The change already happened in tasksel's git. I have to say that I'm
not entirely happy of the very short discussion leading to it.

I particularly object to the change that happened to the language name
in the tasks descriptions, along with 248 other string changes.

Even though I may sometimes appear as less directly involved in D-I
and D-I related software l10n, I think I would have had the
opportunity to discuss these changes before they are committed...and
offered to translators.

I don't really like playing rude games but I'm very much tempted to
revert the change that turned the *English* name of "se" into "North
Sami" in the tasks descriptions.
