Preseed partition scheme

Hello,
I'm using Fedora Core 6 on a network environment with about 200 clients. I use kickstart for my unattended network installations from a local http mirror. Fedora's Kickstart has the following feature about the partitions schemes: it allows removing all the "linux partitions" leaving others untouched.
Example:
/dev/hda1 -> NTFS
/dev/hda2 -> EXT3
/dev/had3 -> Swap

That kickstart option, on install, removes hda2 and hda3 and then creates all the necessary partitions on the free space.

My questions are:
A - Can i do the same with debian installer?
B - If the answer for A is "No", can i manually create the partitions (i have a "network live cd" for admin tools) and then, do an installation on the existing partitions without the installer ever touch my hda1 partition?
C - Any other option?

Thanks for any kind of help.
