Kevin Scannell, the Irish translator, completed the sublevel 1 file for that language. Kevin is doing Debian l10n along with many other major l10n work in FLOSS, which explains the slow pace. On the other hand, he is very committed to this work and very reliable. That seems to be a good opportunity for us to "test" the new localechooser feature that warns users about incomplete translations. I therefore propose to activate Irish unless there is a strong objection (which could come from Frans..:-)). --
