preseeding LVM data removal [patch][manual]

Hello,

While re-installing a computer automatically,
I had to manually confirm the removal of LVM data.
According the manual it shouldn't need user intervention.

With this patch was handsfree installation possible.

P.S.
file http://d-i.alioth.debian.org/manual/example-preseed.txt has the
same error, but I couldn't find its source in d-i SVN, so patch
for that file is provided.
