I just realize that this implementation is not really consistent as: - for countries with multiple TZs it offers UTC at high/medium/low prio - for countries with a single TZs it offers UTC only at medium/low prio Don't think that such inconsistency is desirable. When working on the patch I was focussed on not adding additional questions and overlooked this aspect. Note BTW that even with current D-I it should be possible to select UTC by booting the installer with "time/zone=UTC" or preseeding that (not tested).
