Uploading for pending architecture specific udebs

There're some pending changes on d-i svn in architecture specific
udebs and we'd like to ask the porters to take a look at them and do
the uploads.

Following are the udebs:

 - alpha/srm-reader
 - hppa/palo-installer
 - ia64/elilo-installer
 - mipsel/colo-installer
 - mips/sibyl-installer
 - s390/zipl-installer
