The special word is *new* as in "no real new issues".

It is good to worry about real issues and it is even better to solve issues.

How to worry can be done in several ways.
A good way is to ask for more information.
Example given:

Which software part does switch off ACPI?

The answer allows to zoom in on the issue.

The thing I'm trying to tell is, that there are several ways to cope with
a reply like 'Closing your report as there were no real new issues.'
For me it means "The reported issues are covered elsewhere."

That is covered
in http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=418043;msg=25
and everbody is welcome to help with that.
