zlib 1:1.2.3.3.dfsg-8

Please allow 1:1.2.3.3.dfsg-8 into testing.  The changes with regard to
the current 1:1.2.3.3.dfsg-7 are:

zlib (1:1.2.3.3.dfsg-8) unstable; urgency=low

  * Add symbols files.  Version information is provided by the upstream
    map file.  Architecture lists may need some adjustment.
  * Fix udeb contents.
  * Policy 3.7.3 (no changes).
