Which is not yet available in the current Debian kernel used by Debian
Installer. I'm afraid there is nothing much to be done except waiting until
we switch to the 2.6.23 kernel that was recently uploaded to unstable. I
cannot give you an expected date for that though.
In the mean time you could try using the unofficial Etch image that uses
2.6.23 from Kenshi Muto: http://kmuto.jp/debian/d-i/
