Sorry for the delay in repliing.  I checked it in, and have two comments:

  - Would be nice if you can find the information to fill the strings about
  charsets (windows-1252, cp437).

  - Since you are the coordinator for Albanian in D-I, feel free to update
  this file directly yourself next time (it's in packages/arch/i386/).
