[SRM] Candidate patches to d-i for Etch r2

The debian-installer team would like to fix a few issues that are still
present in the Etch version of d-i.

Before starting the work on updating the packages, I would like to get
feedback from the stable release managers on those candidate patches:

 * cdebconf: Fix off-by-one error reading from confmodule
             Closes: #430108

Simple one liner fixing a few crashes of the installation process.

 * cdebconf: Fix a bunch of reference-counting bugs and other memory leaks

This one is much more invasive, but has been in the daily builds for
a while without arising any problems.

It will fixes a few installation crashing due to out cdebconf filling
the memory after displaying too many questions (e.g. complex
   partioning setups).

 * cdebconf: Fix another (large!) memory leak: parsed RFC822 stanzas were
             never freed

 * cdbebconf: Fix reference leak in question_get_text

 * debconf: Make sure that apt status commands and debconf protocol
	    commands under debconf-apt-progress are properly
	    interleaved. Closes: #425397
This one fixes a hang in the installer at the pkgsel/tasksel stage
that shows up pretty badly on multi-processor systems.

 * debootstrap: Fix bunzip2 path. Closes: #436218

This really simple patch will fix debootstrap to be able to use bzip2
   compressed files from our mirrors.

Thanks for your reviews.
