You can always subscribe to the PTS of libaio and ask
debian-release for binNMUs if there is any bug fixes that needs to be
included in the udeb. That is not free, but is IMHO pretty cheap.
Actually, it is a lot cheaper than having another udeb to track from a
d-i RM point of view...
