The command would be 'anna-install dmraid-udeb', not the full file name.

From these it appears that in the first installation there was no support 
for dmraid at all...

The log for the second install is somewhat unreadable because of the 
DEBCONF_DEBUG=5 parameter. Please do not use that unless requested to do 
so. It also shows that dmraid udeb is not loaded at the point it should be 
(during disk-detect).

Exactly what image are you using for these installations? Please give the 
_full_ URL of the image you downloaded.

In your hardware summary I see 'umame -a: Linux d320g5 2.6.18-4-486', which 
means that you are _not_ using a *daily built* Lenny image [1], which 
currently are the only images that support dmraid.
