Comments/Problems:

Boots like a charm. But the set of options displayed does
not allow to make choices other that "Choose Language",
"Load drivers from a floppy", "Select a keyboard Layout",
"Change debconf priority", "Execute a shall", "Abort 
the installation". Moving around the options and 
filling them does not lead appear to any other main menu
options. See

I have just tried the daily floppy images and they work perfectly for me.

Note that you do need to load at least either the cd-drivers or the 
net-drivers-i floppy to be able to to an installation.
