Thanks. I think I see the error. The script currently assumes in a not
vary nice way that there is only one disk present.

Could you try again with the following change (around line 65-70 in the
script). You can make that change in the same way you added the 'set -x'.
Suggest you add 'set -x' again in case there are still problems and send
the syslog again.

OK. The log shows that this error is a consequence of the first one.
