Bug#433023: debootstrap on etch is missing a script for lenny

Debootstrap on etch (current stable) has scripts for many suites but lenny(current testing) is missing. Seems to me the most likely debootstrap people want to run from any 
stable is the one for testing.

debootstrap recommends no packages.
