Here some more examples:

* Installs on old hardware.
(Imagine sentimentel reasons as Dad's 486 (did cost 3 months salary))

* Old applications, needing old libraries.
(could be running in a Qemu environment)

* Old source, depending on old compiler settings (bugs)
