[PATCH 0/2] live-installer support

Hi there,

We've managed to merge some patches on d-i itself and here goes the
missing patches. Those two also has fixes against the previous sent
and then should be used as review point.

Currently, this two patches adds:

 - squashfs-modules udebs
 - isinstallable hooks at base-installer and pkgsel
