Funnily, depending on the source, Kerguelen and Crozet are sometimes
considered to be in the Antarctic Ocean, not Indian Ocean.

However, finally, the best definition of the limit between both is the
60th parallel, while Kerguelen is 49°S and Crozet is 46°S. So let's
move them to the Indian Ocean.
